SHIPPING POLICY

 


SHIPPING: All orders are sent from Adelaide, South Australia. As well as domestic, we also offer international shipping to New Zealand, USA and Canada. 


GENERAL INFORMATION: Most orders are sent within one business day, but if yours is taking a little longer, please allow up to two.

We ship every parcel with Australia Post, and delivery usually takes 2–6 business days around Australia.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order’s on its way, so you can follow it right to your door.


Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers as shipping carriers may experience their own delays due to COVID-19.

LOST PACKAGES: We are not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a package is marked “Delivered,” please first check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact the local post office responsible for delivering the package (found on the tracking page). They will be able to assist you in recovering your package.


RETURN TO SENDER: Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says an attempt to deliver was made, or is deliverable and being returned to sender. Typically this means there is an error in the shipping address provided, or the carrier was unable to deliver your package and needs your assistance. If they are unable to redeliver your package, please email support@instantmani.co with the issue, order number, and/or correct shipping address immediately. 
Packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address or refusal without having contacted us prior will be refunded less shipping costs.

DELAYED: Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says delayed. Typically this means additional information is needed to deliver your package. If they are unable to deliver your package, please email support@instantmani.co with the issue, order number, and/or correct shipping address.
